I'm dealing with the same kind of shitty ass insurance company from being hit in NY as a passenger. They haven't paid the physical therapy office yet & it's been two months. Total B.S. :evil:. They want to cut me off now, how the hell are my wife & I going to get better. Probably have to find a lawyer soon to straighten it out. Really shouldn't have to but they're leaving us no choice, I'm certainly not dishing it out of my pocket :roll: .

About 15-20 years ago I sued an insurance company...And a car dealership
I won both cases...
I didnt hire a lawyer....
Took both the fuckers to small claims court...I think it cost me $30 to sue
The one Judge looked at me after the case and said....
"Nice Job"....hehehehehehehe
I had all my info, all my facts, all my paperwork, walked into the courtroom, presented my case.....
THEN me and the judge listened to the insurance company spew a bunch of horseshit for 20 minutes.....
Then the Judge says..."I am going to let the 2 of you walk outside for 5 minutes and try to come up with a settlement"
I looked at the Judge and said..."No thank you sir...Ill let YOU decide the settlemnent"...Mr. Judge just smiled at me......
He gave me everything I was asking for .......
Take me piece by piece..... Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
