    sun tea of some sorta then i mixed in chia seeds to hydrate themselves so i can drink the tea and the chia seeds. i am happy i was turned onto and found chia seeds.

    fact... chia seeds are incredible and i am very pleased to be hooked on them. i enjoy them every single day.

    I just found a drink at my local grocery store with those Chia seeds already in the juice...

    It's strange having those plump up seeds in your mouth - :)

    afroannie, embleve... you two had better go get yourselves a jar or sack of these things. the jars provide a little scoop.

    i saved the 1st jar i got and pour the seeds i get from the brands in the sack and pour them into the jar. why? because most times the company that sells them in the jar are out of stock and not present on the shelf pretty much all the time
