no mail for wristbands

I bought tickets in pre sale ten club for European Tour (expecially for Berlin) and after having received the confirmation email from CrowdSurge and also the Update from ten club, I have not received the mail from 10c with the information on how to obtain wristbands o_O...
I am very worried and sad....I also checked in spam!
I sent two e-mails to <!-- e --><a href="mailto:tickets@tenclub.net">tickets@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> ....
what problem do you think I've had? anyone ever had this problem?

    10c said they need a couple of weeks to verify the ticketsnumbers and members and the policy said wristbands will be handed over at the stand at the gig...I quess the only thing we will hear is that its verified and you can pick them up there with your i.d.
