Anyone listened to this guy?

outtake from wiki:
Kristian Matsson (born April 30, 1983) is a singer-songwriter from Dalarna, Sweden. Since 2006, he has released two full-length albums and two EPs. He performs under the moniker The Tallest Man on Earth. Matsson is married to fellow Swedish singer-songwriter Amanda Bergman, who performs under the moniker Idiot Wind. The couple have toured extensively together, often performing songs together on stage.

Critics have compared The Tallest Man on Earth to Bob Dylan both in terms of songwriting ability and vocal style

Been listening to this guy for a while now, and I really enjoy his music, anyone else heard about him?

Never heard of this cat until this thread... Heard a couple samples... Sounds a little like a low-fi Vampire Weekend (or is that just me...?)...

I'll give it a go, sure. Thanks for the heads up!

  • im a big fan. i think the notable thing about him is the dylan influence. The guy sounds almost exactly like early dylan, but what makes him special is that he actually has the lyrical abilities to back it up. Ive felt his lyrics are often impressionistic in nature
