Every year I auction off some items on Ed's birthday and donate in honor of him. I originally bought these items for myself . I bought the backpack because I lost mine at PJ20 and I do not need another vinyl. Luckily my backpack was recovered with my camera, my brothers only set of car keys, and my candy bar over 3 WEEKS LATER!!! Anyway, I feel that my donation to our ocean is the perfect gift for Ed. HAPPY BIRTHDAY EDDIE and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

  • Believe me, I would have donated it all but I recently was laid off as a teacher and I already borrowed money to pay for other gifts for friends and family. The past 5 years I have donated a good amount of money on Ed's birthday auctioning off rare items. I got a lot of grief from people that I should donate any money at all this year, but it makes me feel good that I am giving away materials to save the ocean. Any little bit helps.
  • So wait....you are unemployed and had to borrow money for xmas presents but yet you recently bought a pj20 vinyl although you"dont need another vinyl".

Just be honest, you bought this stuff to flip. Then you donate the 20% to charity (with 10% being the minimum Ebay will let you donate) so that you can advertise the auction on here and probably drive up the price more than the 20% you are giving.

Im all for flipping but dont try and get over on people..

I also kind of feel the person paying the market price for these items youve owned for a short period of time is the one really donating the money

  • Ha Ha-Some of you on this board are funny! You really thought I was trying to pull a Pearl SCAM? What ever.
If I really wanted to flip it I didn't have to donate any money at all. I chose 20% because this year has been all about the 2o and I really don't have the money this year. Oh well, the ocean is little bit more cleaner..

Oh and the only reason I put the record up there is because I have another one coming to me from Santa. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
