I laughed when they started to play Small Town and Ed thought they had just played it! LOL Made me laugh
I thought it was Stone who was playing the chords to Red Mosquito again (previous song) instead of Small Town and Ed making fun of Stone's mistake.
Anyway, I was totally expecting Bugs to close the show after all we've seen. I was a fucking hell of a 10-hour drive to Marseille, but I can't say I'm regretting it. What a setlist!
And I thought the crowd was very poor. I was like in 5th row, Mike's side and I was basically the only one cheering for Fatal, Off he goes, Red Mosquito, Down, ... I enjoyed it a lot. But it seems like most of the crowd didn't. And Eddie letting the crowd singing along to Even Flow. Sorry, but I didn't hear a thing.
And Marseille is the ugliest city I've ever seen.
Sid and Blake were really cool guys!
Not sure if I met you though. Did you go to the bar afterwards where they went?
Gotta say you were obviously the wrong side of the crowd. I was Stone's side and the crowd were amazing, very getting into it, singing along.
My side knew the rarities which was nice
I think that's Marchello (sp?), the guy who lives in maidstone. Didn't ask anyone their board names so cannot be sure!
Caz, I'm still laughing at my joke at the end of the night, it was good (for me at least).
Shame I'm bad at arguments
Was good to see you again, seeya in Verona!
this was my first show...!!!
it was awesome!!!!
the setlist, the band, the fans in the front rows!!!!!
the best band in the world!!!!!!
Yeah that was me (no "h" in the name though Matt!). stonesg.. if you're Caz then yes we did meet! I was in the white stickman t with my Australian girlfriend..
It was my first show of the band too. And it was absolutely IN-CRE-DI-BLE!
Thank you too much to the band for this show, for all you done, for all you give...
I was so ... I listen to PJ since 1994... And I am not ready to forget.
The 10C ticket distribution was very fast, but the 10C line to get into the arena was a joke. A big group was at the front of the line, and this group magically got a lot wider during the day. People used socializing with others as a way to move ahead in line, and the group in front seemed to let anyone they knew stay with them in line. Then, as we got ready to enter the arena, many of the people who stayed in line bypassed it and joined the big group at the front. Don't mean to sound bitter, but it was a little crappy for people who were actually waiting in line all day.
What an amazing concert!!! simply perfect. Here are my pics!
here's some i took:
