If you're a fan of Drive-by Truckers, do yourself a favor and make it to one of Cooley's solo shows...last night in Birmingham was a gem of show. :ugeek:

    I'd love to see a Cooley or Patterson solo show.

    Cooley is truly an under appreciated song writer. Not to mention a bad ass, sitting with his Maker's Mark.

    It's a good job the PJ tour came up before this 'cause I'd have spent my PJ tour fund on going to those.

    I was at night 1 and it was amazing. probably a top 10 show for me. the night 2 recording is much better quality than night 1.
    This show, another show, a show here and a show there.
