    i went to a chocolate making thingie last nite ... worked with belgian chocolate to make truffles and other things ... really fun to work with and eat! ...

    as far as favourite tho ... a nice 70% Cocoa dark fair trade organic chocolate is what i prefer ... i'll use it to make ice cream and it's awesome ...

    I used to eat a ton of chocolate. At work, my boss has a basket that she would keep full of Hershey's miniatures and/or peanut butter cups. I would go in there and eat them by the dozen. daily. She would buy the biggest bags you could find, 3lbs. and I would just devour them. I don't eat them any more.

    Chocolate is a gift from the heavens! I pretty much like it anyway it comes.

    A particular favourite is Lindt Dark chocolate with chilli mmmmmm ......

    Plus I also read somewhere once that a little chocolate everyday is good for vegetarians. I've stuck by it ever since.

    Right? I am still trying to figure that out too :lol: Just like with Oreos. I don't get the fascination. The Red Velvet cake at least looks very appealing!

    Oh and I also love the Lindt stuff with the softish creamy center. They come in bars too. Red, blue and black, the latter being the best imo. Red is milk choc, too sweet in that combo for my taste...

    Best candy.. nothing can compete with chocolate..I think milk chocolate is the best kind and by the way brownies are so delicious also.. :D
