Simple Ticketing Solution

Here is my idea for a simple solution to the ticketing dilemma that involves a lottery:

1. Tour is announced, fan club members have a week to select up to 2 shows that they want to go to as well as submitting their CC info.
2. For each show, TC randomly selects a starting fan club number. tickets are allocated in order from that point.
3. No servers crashing, have same chance as everyone else, and fresh faces up front.
4. disable boards to avoid bitching about not being within the randomly selected club number range.
5. profit.
