That's gotta be up there. What a great performance.
Although PJ20 and EV solo was awesome, Winnipeg was fantastic. My favorite moment was meeting Jeff Ament, Mark Arm and Steve Turner in Winnipeg.1998-06-30 Minneapolis

Having Pearl Jam come to my hometown of Saskatoon again. Which I never in my life thought would have happened even once. Getting sit up front in the third row for the show in front of Mike, the most perfect evening of my life thanks to an amazing ten clubber and person who let me use her extra.
Also making many great new friends on my Western Canada roadtrip.0

            I can only pick one?
 Between
Ed Solo (night 2)-FOURTH ROW (last minute box office sales) which was my first Ed show
 and
Alpine/Alpine pre-party/Alpine tailgate-meeting some of the wonderful crazies from this board
 and
FRONT ROW EDMONTON and Mike shoving his pick in my hand after his solo
I just simply cannot pick one...each has their own 'special-ness'...but those are the highlights from this year.
It's been an awesome year...The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Seeing Unthought Known as the opener here in Chile is kind of obvious, that's why I'll go with watching PJ20 at a completely crowded cinema, with my girlfriend (kinda new to PJ, and not necessarily the biggest fan) laughing along with all the people there and being amused by the movie. That's priceless to me.November 22nd, 2005.0

argh! yes Niko! drinking Ed's wine...my friend who was at the Vancouver show, won 2nd row lottery...she got 7 picks, but is more jealous of me getting wine! Phenomenal thread. Amazed at the limited number of repeats:
 After 8/10 Canadian shows...
All of Toronto 9/11... especially "Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns." It closely beat out Edmonton 9/23 "Wash." Both firsts.

Watching the PJ20 "webcast" via Gary's phone on Justin.tv has to be the best memory and the worst, because I was so pissed I couldn't get off from work to make the trek. It did ease the pain a bit though.
Now if they would just release the box set we KNOW is coming...

Being at Alpine Valley on September 3, 2011, to see Pearl Jam play live for the first time...hearing the first notes of the first song, beginning to hear the excitement building under the sounds of Eddie Vedder's voice..."Ohhhhh"..."Ohhhhh"...
"I see the world/Feel the chill"...beginning to feel the chills...just incredible! Never imagined it to be as it was!!
Been trying to fit in twenty years of Pearl Jam into each twenty-four hours of my life ever since.Posimists. Fuck the pessimists...fuck'em.0

Sitting very close near the front of Eddie Vedder during his solo shows in Perth, and experiencing that whole show. Amazing! Also, seeing and hearing Alive at the end of Pearl Jam Twenty when we saw it in the movie theater... I felt so happy and emotional...great moment!"I'll ride the wave...where it takes me.."0
