I don't think having a beef about Pearl jam being around 20 years and not having their shit together on ticket pre-sales is an unfair complaint.

I don't think asking a place you pay your money to for goods and services, to deliver them in a timely fashion is a unfair complaint.

Demanding some type of compensation, is between you and them. This is not Occupy Ten Club

I've been paying since 1998 almost every year and tickets were out of the question, then it went to 25 tickets were available but they almost never toured my country, I understand you are frustrated, I sympathize with your feelings, but I didn't ask my money back when the band didn't tour in my country in the passed 6 years, but if you are unhappy, you are entitled to feel that way, I am sure the 10C, given the circumstances, would like to refund your money, mind you, you can be a member for 20 bucks, and still can get the chance of tickets pre sales... my best wishes to you...
