I'm not really sure where this belongs so I apologize if its not here and I mean no disrespect to anyone. With that being said, I felt out of respect it was important to post. I'm sad to say Christopher Hitchens has lost his battle with cancer... :( I don't really know any details other then he was battling esophogeal cancer but I do know he inspired my girl and I. For those that don't know, Hitchens was a noted atheist, an award winning writer, author and contributing editor for Vanity Fair since 1994. In honor and to pay my respect for him, I will play Present Tense today and I will rock it as if there is no tomorrow!
R.I.P. Hitch, you inspired us all to think and you showed us all that true courage does not waiver, even while standing in the shadow of your own mortality. You will be missed!
