Crazy People

Being upset is one thing, but there are too many people taking it to the next level right now. Tim, Kat, and everyone else at PJ.... as you are having to deal with all this drama please remember that there are alot of sane 10c members out there too!

    Good post :)
I think the problem is that many of us have experienced issues with Ten Club before, and this seems like part of a cycle that doesn't progress the club anywhere. We see issues, register complaints (some of us make a point of wording them constructively and politely), we see no changes, and our issues don't seem to be looked at. It's almost like the boy who cried wolf; Ten Club has made so many mistakes that when this huge one comes along and it may not be Ten Club or CrowdSurge's fault, they have already lost the trust of many of their customers. I feel bad for the Ten Club in this case, but based on past issues, I understand the reactions of the fans; just think they could be expressed in better ways.

  • I am pretty sure they did. Whether that person was being serious, sarcastic, or trying to be funny it was way too offensive. No one needs that level of negativity.

Especially if you fit the category of the negativity...

As someone who stayed up to the early hours to get PJ20 tickets I totally agree that some people ae being OTT about this, sure it's not great but it's not the end of the world. To be honest my ticketmaster experience was no different and I didn't manage to get tickets to Manchester 1.
