Arrange 10 club only shows or a 10 club only weekend similar to alpine valley over here in Europe. This could be the only thing to keep fans on board. I was lucky enough to get tix for Manchester in the presale but seeing alot of peeps on here that have been in the club longer than me miss out on multiple shows is not on. I love the 10 club and will never hopefully have to be pissed off by them but i think we should all stand together to try and get something back from them after what as been a disappointing week for a lot of people.

There's still a lot of gaps in the itinerary so my fingers are crossed they'll add more shows for you guys.

  • Absolutley disapointed

I cant afford festival ticket at £200 not including food travel etc. I cant afford touted tickets at £150 each. The fact is in the England you cant buy tickets for the band (or any big band) off of ticket sales websites as they are sold out within 10 seconds and then on other website for 2,3 times the price in 20 seconds.

The whole system is corrupt in the UK where certain sites (such as viagogo) are actually being given an allocation of tickets from companies such as Ticketmaster (in exchange for a fee of course) they then sell the tickets at a mark up in excess of 50% excluding booking fee, postage fee, mugging fee etc

If I am absolutley honest I joined the 10 club partly to ensure I was able to get tickets for UK shows as they dont play Europe as often (understandably). To then loose out on tickets and only be able to go to the show if I pay some leech over the top prices leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

FYI, Alpine Valley was far from a 10 Club Weekend

I'm sick of repeating myself. Likely, this was a DDoS attack (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack), likely neither Ten Club nor CrowdSurge is at fault. As a service-oriented company, an apology for the fact that so many customers were inconvenienced would be nice from Ten Club. However, if no party is actually at fault, why are you owed anything? If you have anger or disappointment, point it in the direction of the malicious party (parties?) involved who ruined this pre-sale.

  • It was not a DDoS attack, the symptoms we faced were completely different and down to nothing more than poor planning and preparation.

As stated before, I build highly available commerce sites as part of my job and 10C's suggestion it was externally sabotage is insulting

a DDoS attack brings the whole site down, or make it completely innaccessible.
the site was accessible, but there was delays and most importantly an impossibility to checkout tickets you had in your cart (but you still could get to your cart, easily).
It doesn't look at all like a DDoS.

Frankly, the Sabotage excuse sounds ludicrous, and everyone I know reaction to it has been to laugh (in a 'you are really taking the piss!' way).
For a start who would want to do it, and why?
