other than a 3 hour nap at 1:45am, i took short breaks...either to fill 'er up with gas or to pee off the side of the road! i did have to take a 40 minute power nap at 7:20 this morning so i wouldn't fall asleep at the wheel.0 -

Nevermind wrote:Do you think its fair for females to go around getting knocked up so they can get a check? I dont know your situation but the whole child support thing isunfair.
as to nevermind - you're a goddamned idiot. the law says parents have to pay child support and rule of law is paramount. if you think greed controls, read a statute sometime. courts are bound by law and must effectuate legislative intent - if the legislature has said that parents without custody have to pay support, they have to pay support. no way around it. if somebody is responsible enough to parent a child, they better damn well be responsible enough to provide financial support if the relationship that led to the child doesn't work out.
as to ayedavanita, hang in there; there is justice and the legal system will work for you if you're in the right. if it isn't, either get a lawyer if you don't have one or fire the one you do have. i know lawyers have a bad rap, and a lot of it is deserved, but ultimately, at one point, the vast majority of lawyers went through the three years of hell that is law school to do good and help people, and some of them made it through with those ideals intact (i just got done w/my first year) -

Nevermind wrote:Im not saying that there shouldnt be money. im talking about the 50% of what the other parent makes when they dont even have custsody of the kid. I have nothing against ayedanavita. just against child support/ i apologise for making it sound like im against someone. Lets go on with threaed
I won't dignify this poster with a response other than this....you really have issues that need to be taken up outside this thread. We're trying to enjoy the Hollywood setlist.
Aye was just posting why she had court. if you "have nothing against ayedanavita", firstly, get her name right, and secondly, leave her and her thread alone.bugs in the way...I feel about you

Nevermind wrote:None of you have been affected by child support so you wouldnt know. How does this weeks check end up being 90 dollars seem fair to you. Child support is a way to fuk over an ex. Thats all it is.Its hard enough to live.
So you think it's fair for two people to have a child together, but only one to have to pay for raising that child while the other is completely clear of financial responsibility once he breaks off the relationship?
The only rationale I can come up with for your rationale is that you were in a similar situation and tried to shaft your ex- as well. Not such a good image to portray of yourself.Everything has chains...Absolutely nothing's changed. - PJ

Ha. D*mn I can't resist a bloody response. You're more than welcome to speak your mind Nevermind. I don't see why it has to be in the Hollywood Setlist thread where Aye just answered a question and you're going off. Start a thread about Child Support if you're so pissed off. Why keep it going in a thread that's trying to enjoy a PJ show??bugs in the way...I feel about you
