How to buy Euro tix in US?

Is it possible to get a temporary extension of sorts to use your american credit card to purchase tickets overseas? Sorry is this is a dumb ? but never attempted to do this before. Thank you!

    Depends on the show. Some (Berlin) for instance could buy online. Stockholm and Oslo could not do that (I and others tried). However, I believe if you call their site you can purchase tickets (if any available).
