NZ-Euro flghts booked, PJ tix sorted. Travel & accom help?

OMFG! I've booked tickets to Europe for next year! I've got concert tickets sorted, now onto accommodation & intra-Euro travel!

So far:
Manchester - Man1 concert ticket sorted, now just accom to arrange
Amsterdam - Amdam2 concert ticket sorted + accommodation maybe sorted now need to sort travel.
Berlin - got concert ticket, Any help with accom &/or getting to & from Berlin much appreciated.
Stockholm - got concert ticket. Any help with accom &/or getting to & from Stockholm much appreciated.
Copenhagen - got concert ticket. Any help with accom &/or getting to & from Copenhagen much appreciated.

If anyone can help with accommodation or intercity travel please message me. TIA.

Wow, people thought I was mad for doing the Oz shows in 2009 and I had tickets/travel/hotels all sorted!

I'm not sure I have spares, since my friend might take my Berlin spare and someone's already asked me about the Stockholm ticket...if those fall through, I'll let you know.

For flights to Amsterdam from other European cities, you might want to consider www.transavia.com , it's a Dutch low-cost airline.
I can't for the life of me remember what my hotel in Berlin was called last time, let me get back to you on that...it was about 40€ per night for a single room +breakfast.

this is a different hotel, but check out "hotel plus berlin" on booking.com

I just got that one for myself, it's only 400 m from the O2 Arena and close to subway and train stations. about 45€ per night for a single, if you have friends with you, you can get a triple for €65.

Hope someone manages to come in here with suggestions for Stockholm and Copenhagen hotels..those are awfully expensive!

There's a really nifty looking backpackers type place in Berlin. It was about 5 years ago so I can't remember the name but I read about it when I was travelling and was pretty popular. Good luck!

I've had one place recommended, 400m or so for the venue apparently. I went & looked today & there were rooms but it was going to be E155.90 for 3 nights! That's like NZ$100/night!

Can you think where the backpackers was or anything to be able to find it? TIA.

We were just travelling on a whim then and it was all booked out. I remember it was very vibrant and had a nice feel to the place. We ended up having to fork it out at the Mercure, which was about 80-100 Euros.

No chance. When sleeping near you I stitch myself so tight into a sleeping bag that I look like a caterpillar. Can't trust your wandering hands....or eyes!
