Anyone else staying up until 3:00am EDT tonight to buy concert tickets? I decided to come into work and get caught up while I wait on the clock.

Yeah, I didn't get home from work until midnight last night and for a couple minutes my alarm was set for 2:30am to get the Livenation presale tickets. The alarm quickly changed to 7am.

  • Why?!

No way GA sells out in minutes...

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Not taking any chances. I'll make up for the sleep this weekend.

You can laugh at me if you get tickets at a regular hour tomorrow

It's funny I had completely forgot about the Beastie Boys until today. Haha. Thought I'd run through Ill Communication.
  • Did any US/Canada fans get tickets??? I couldn't even get to the screen and it appears a few that did their credit card would not be allowed.

No luck here. Maybe the German website will work out. Looks like the the Euro Ticketmaster website will be saving me from spending thousands of dollars and a couple weeks of fun.

Seriously though, why didn't anyone know this before this morning? You would think one person on this board would have known the credit card issue.

Thank you Berlin for accepting my money for a ticket. I hope standing pitch means general admission floor.

    And Copenhagen!

Same thought here. Would be a blast, but will save a few grand. Not going to bother with trying for Germany and just play things by ear as get closer.

I couldn't get ståplads to translate to english... So I translated it to German and it came up with "stehen" or in english, "stand"

Yes, set the ol' alarm for 3am, grabbed the tickets, called the card company to let them know it's a legit transaction, good to go!! Some comfort here at the crack of dawn, with the fiasco yesterday. Now just have to make the journey from Minnesota to Berlin. :D

Thank you! Sorry, this is Danish. It means standing room. Not sure what "Unr" stands for but I'm thinking "General Admission"??

    SWEET!!!

If anyone is in the "queue" for Copenhagen, bookmark this link in your toolbar rather than waiting for it to refresh then having to go back and search for Pearl Jam. Worked for me.

Now, do I just stay here at work and keep working or go to Denny's and get a Grand Slam breakfast to celebrate Germany and Copenhagen? Hopefully there will be some extras for Stockholm and Norway.

Stockholm is working if you keep trying.

Not necessary. The page is not redirecting back to the home page anymore. All you need to do is refresh for Copenhagen.

Ok, now I hope I didn't sabotage (hehe) myself by picking international mail instead of TicketFast. I like hard copy tickets but what if it gets lost in the mail? :?

Well they're not being sent by ten club so you should be fine. :D

That reminds me, I never got my standard PJ20 DVD. CHRIST!
