It'd be totally and utterly awesome if you covered SABOTAGE real quick and posted it on all social media sites without warning. Seriously, that would be hilarious. I think you should totally do it :)

    Or better yet...Come out and apologize with a statement that our ticket process needs a lot of improvement..Which we whatever it takes to do fix it.....Spend money etc..
