Does anyone know why this is not yet released and if it will be released at all. Have the free download but really want a hard cd copy. Thx :D

    It's cause Google Music has "exclusive" rights to it. But for how long? Would love to own a copy on CD. I was there that night & it was fantastic! :D

    Why would they give google music exclusive rights? Hope this was only for a certain time frame as the google music version was not available outside of the US.
