Wristband update:

****When buying tickets during the public ticket sale, the ticket limit is 6 per customer. However, we must limit the wristband to 2 wristbands per order.

You cannot receive more than two wristbands per order. If other eligible members in your party want to get wristbands, they need to purchase their own pair of tickets.

Also, how will you know if the GA ticket is bought by a tout or not?

You will probably have to print your email confirmation to get wristbands....

Can somebody provide a rookie with a description of what these wristbands are all about? I've got 10C tickets for Stockholm and Oslo. My only other shows were reserved seating in Toronto.

    Thanks in advance!

    Not really fair.
When going in a group of members, we will have to split our chances in order to get wristbands for all members.
With the suspended presale, our chances of having GA tickets are already a lot smaller.

    Not really that customer-friendly.

I don't really know what to do!
I scored tickets for the Berlin and Amsterdam show. My wife Kathi, also a TC member, tried to get tickets for Berlin too. The reason is, we want to invite my sister and her partner to come to a PJ concert for the first time. I bought my tickets with my membership, she tried to get the Berlin tickets with here membership. She had the tickets in her cart but got the message that she is not able to get them because a person in the same household already bought tickets for this show!!!???

I emailed TC and wait for a reply. How can it be that we pay 2 times $ 50 for our international membership to get access to TC tickets but are not allowed to get them? Its the first time that i am really disappointed about the TC policy/service.

Here is my question: if my wife tries to get Berlin tickets through the general sale, will we get the wristbands in Berlin, or will they tell us there that we are married, we are sharing the same address, and therefore we are not allowed to get a second pair of wristbands?!

But if I buy only one ticket - will I get one 10C? That seems logical to me, but you never know.

  • Got one for Berlin! Very easy and quick! Now just wondering how this wristband works... do someone know in details how it works? I guess they give it in front of the dome, queue and so on...
  • Its been a long time since i have seen them but perhaps as a compensation, 10C could look back into a 'golden circle' at the front for 10C member wristband holders?

I agree with Chrisilein, as i often go with friends who are also 10C members we usually have no problem through 10C getting our tickets separately and going together however with the general sale we didnt want to risk that one of us might get tickets and the other not so decided to get a group of 4 tickets. If you track which members have a wristband allocated for the show why can you not provide more than 2 per group if the group provides all members numbers?
  • Please excuse me if this question has already been discussed:

Do we already know if there is a guarantee to obtain 2 wristbands if I bought GA Tickets as a Member?

One thing is clear! My wife won't renew her membership again. $ 50 for a single plus magazine...
I still can't believe that this happened.

    wow, that sucks.

but since they specified that you can only get 2 wristbands per member, I think you should be fine with general sale tickets. they can't really punish you for being married.

I'm also quite curious as to how this wristband business will work out. What was the usual system, did you pick them up at venue will call? Or at a special booth outside?

so... failing to get 10c tickets in the corwdsurge sale i managed to get one in the O2 'priority' sale... does that mean mine isn't going to get me a wristband ?

just curious, i'm almost certainly not going to bother queuing early to get at the front but would like to know, kind of nice to have the wristband as a souvenir...

Isnt the rule that if you have standing tickets you can get a wristband, I have seats for MEN so wont be getting a wristband (wouldn't need to get in early anyways - thats going to be a very drunked show for me).

    the 10c email says
We have released the unsold Ten Club presale ticket inventory into the public on sale inventory, which will take place Thursday-Sunday (Full public on sale schedule is listed below).

We will be issuing EARLY ENTRY wristbands to eligible Ten Club members who are able to obtain Standing General Admission tickets through the OFFICIAL PUBLIC ON SALE TICKETING VENDORS.

i got my (standing) ticket through the O2 priority sale so i'm assuming that doesn't count, but once you got through, had the ticket in your basket and clicked on 'buy' it took you to the TicketBastard website to make the actual purchase... so does it get me a wristband or not...?

Usually you pick them up at the TC booth at the venue. At the Wuhlheide there always was a special TC area which you could only enter with your wristband. Really cool! Great time...meeting all the other board members in person!
