Easy fix to this problem:

#1 Open pre-sales through 10 club for 24 HRS for each show.
#2 Everyone whos card was charged gets ranked by seniority.
#3 Match up list with available pairs alloted to 10 club.
#4 For shows with more orders than tickets available, use a lottery to determine who gets tickets.

Obviously there are gonna be shows that will be in high demand (NY, Boston etc...) A lottery is the fairest method for these shows, then rank orders by seniority. No more BS crashes and wasting peoples time and money. Come on 10 Club, do something right for a change.
