That was one hell of a show. If anyone has the chance to catch a show on the Songbook tour, do it! Not only do you get to hear the history of Chris in (mostly) acoustic, but the covers are great. Thank You (Led Zeppelin) and A Day in the Life (Beatles) were amazing.
Pearl Jam hasn't been in AZ since 2003, but seeing Chris is the next best thing for a 'Zonie.

Saw the show in Louisville last week. "A Day in the Life" was jaw-droppingly good (and Chris's own songs were fantastic, as well). As for the other covers, my wife really liked "Imagine," and I thought the back-to-back "Thank You" and "Tangerine" were beautiful. Plus, four Temple of the Dog songs in a row? Yes, please. Super glad I went.
  • I saw him in Allentown, PA. I thought it rivaled the EV show I saw in June. He is quite good live. He did State Trooper by Bruce and it was excellent. If you can go, do.
