PJ20, a tremendous fiasco with pre-sales.
10c takes steps to correct it.
Eventually finding that they need a third party to handle pre-sales after another pre-sale meltdown Canadian tix.

So... enter crowdsurge.com. This is a company designed specifically to handle the volume.

It seems like a logical and responsible decision to me.

So now ask yourselves... Whose servers failed yesterday? 10c's? NO!
