I want to hear what the band thinks...
No word from Mike, Jeff or the boys?
I think a statement from them would help....
I was lucky and got tickets but this debacle is unbelievable considering what has happened in the past.
I have always tried to stick up for TenC, but this just takes the biscuit. As the "CEOs" of the company I think a comment from a band member is due.
Just my thoughts.

They all work out of the same building...
Someone said last night that they had heard the band was in a Skype conference with CrowdSurge. Though admittedly that could be shorthand for the band's management.

(HI Mike!!)
fact of the matter is ..the tickets will be sold and the band will make their millions either way
I just don't want to believe this. :(
no i meant the band doesn't care about all this mess with the fanclub..they know the ticekst will get sold somehow so the arena's will be filled
i meant the band doesn't give the fanclub enough money/resources to run it the right way (which is crazy becasue its how the band makes all their money)
Just out of curiousity, what makes you think they care? It's not like this is the first time something like this has happened.
Looking at the facts, their European tours are dependent on festivals, because that's where the money is. There throw together a few shows during the week days and on this tour do so avoiding any European country facing financial instability- even Italy which Ed loves. They play less shows and charge more for tickets. That's lose/lose for the fans. The band/management can't even ensure that their fans are able to secure tickets for these few shows in a professional manner.

Believe it.
If that wasn't the case, they would have put more effort into fixing the issue that has existed since 2006! 2006 for christ sakes!
It's funny you know, we've all had our stubborn battles in life where we didn't want deal with someone or some entity, we dug in our heels and fought for a while, but in the end we saw the light at the end of the tunnel and just had to give in to our stubborn ways...
must be nice to be a millionare with an exclusive product, where you can keep your heels dug in for your entire lives...
But like I said, I don't think it is. I suspect they are placing trust in certain people who are not coming through for them but my guess is as good as anyone else's I suppose. I hope they intervene on some level.
