Using a company called CrowdSurge to sell tickets isnt a good idea, its in poor poor taste considering the PJ / Roskilde connection...

whats even worse is that the company was 'selling' tickets for a show in Denmark.

This should have been though out beforehand imo. Its an insult to those people.... I would have thought this would have been noticed by 10club.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

It's an insult to the fans if Ten Club doesn't change their ticketing system. It's an insult if they change the ticketing system, and it doesn't work as planned. It's an insult if the name of the company Pearl Jam is using for ticketing holds negative connotations. The life of a Ten Club staff member. CrowdSurge has been around for years now, and I hardly think that they wanted a name that brought back memories of lethal mosh pits. Nor do I think the band is obligated to avoid this company for that choice of name.

You know I love you Dunky but... whilst the name Crowd Surge may be found by some to be ironic for PJ due to their history, it's really not an issue when it comes to bad taste/PJ dealing with them etc.

I think you are just in your 'William Wallace' mood and rearing to 'pick a fight'! **mmmm... William Wallace (Hollywood style)... drools** ;)
