MESSAGE TO PEARL JAM FANS FROM CROWDSURGE:

Unfortunately, due to issues beyond our control, we have experienced technical issues with the presale. In order to best serve members of the Ten Club, we are going to take presales offline for now, and return to members shortly with an alternate way of providing presale ticket access. We will give advance notice with details of when the presale will resume via email and website. If you have already successfully purchased tickets, your ticket order is complete and you do not have to await further instructions.

Due to issues beyond our control!!!!???!!!!!

So when will they resume - soon! An hour? a day? a week?

What a load of crap! Three hours wasted for nothing!

    I had a terrible time with this website but after two hours I got tickets to Berlin. Sorry for your troubles.

    Im kind of glad I didn't skip out of work today. I got a buddy to try for me for hours, had the same problems you all did.

    I will wait for the TM 10C pre-sale like they did for the Canada tour. If I walk away empty handed I'll be pissed. I pay for the service to get tickets early and easily. For christs sake do what U2 does now and issue a presale code via TM good for two tickets to each show. Not that hard...

    I have a flight booked from Vancouver and if I dont get tickets I will be very angry, if I dont get advance line GA I'll be angry too. I was responsible and online when need be, and i get shafted?
