This has just come up on the booking page!

MESSAGE TO PEARL JAM FANS FROM CROWDSURGE:

Unfortunately, due to issues beyond our control, we have experienced technical issues with the presale. In order to best serve members of the Ten Club, we are going to take presales offline for now, and return to members shortly with an alternate way of providing presale ticket access. We will give advance notice with details of when the presale will resume via email and website. If you have already successfully purchased tickets, your ticket order is complete and you do not have to await further instructions.
I know I was born and I know that I'll die. The in-between is mine. I AM MINE!

This is quite frankly ridiculous. I've bought tickets through a few pre-sales before and never encountered such a complete screw up. I've had tickets for Manchester in my cart since 5:25pm and never even got to pay for them. Still waiting and just get confronted with error message after error message and excuse after excuse. Not sure who is to blame for this, but it an absolutely appalling way to conduct a pre-sale for paying members. At this rate we'll all be online for the public sales!
