I had my Stockholm tickets in the cart but when I checked out my cart was empty. It read purchase time 15minutes or something similar and then... empty even though I got to the event information and prices... Now waiting at the High demand PJ pic page again...

had the same problems as you guys, pretty PISSED OFF if you ask me! I had my tickets in the cart about 5 times and was tossed back into the queue every time (cart was "empty", order was "processing..." or "times out" when the whole thing had taken me about 15 seconds) and then it glitched!! I can't believe crowdsurge doesn't have a system that can put up with this traffic.... I've been on this site for about one hour and twenty minutes and it just keeps failing on me!! :twisted:

DO THIS NOW!! I had been bouncing around like all of you. When I finally got through to the step before finalizing my payment, it claimed I had added too many tickets for Manchester. Inadvertently it had kept my last set and when I was tossed out, I put in another set to my cart because it was showing that it was empty.

Go to your cart - it may show empty and then to go my account and there should be a set waiting for payment. I went through paypal to finalize payment. Do this quickly because there is a time limit (I believe half an hour) to actually finalize the purchase.

Good luck to everyone! I'll see you in Manchester on June 20th!!!!! If anyone is flying from Vancouver, let me know We can sort details.

same situation here! it's actually getting worse since I've had this red text nonstop for the last 45 minutes or so. This is SOOO ANNOYING!!!

Same here - had tickets for Manchester on five different occasions now, and when I try and check out, it says that my basket is empty, and wouldn't process the payment.

So very, very angry. Grr.

It seems a bit mental - even the red writing of doom doesn't change now. Apart from to tell me there's a connection error.

Really disappointed. Ah well - still have at it!

It's now 9pm so I've been on this site for a full 3 hours. I thought it would take about 20 seconds because it all semmes to run smoothly at first, until the first glitch.... guess everyone must be stuck with the FCKNG red text now. Sooo pissed off :evil:

What alternative way? There's only a few more days left before the general sale. And not everyone has 24/7 access to their personal email/PJ.com. Which idiot decides to start these presales at 18:00 CET anyway? With a 9:00 or 10:00 start they would've had plenty of time to resolve any issues during the day, instead of doing this after 21:00.

Livenation presale for Stockholm (and presumably Oslo) starts tomorrow. There's no time to arrange for an alternative way unless they do it NOW. What a waste of time and effort this was. And money, if you count the TC membership. Funny how my mate always seems to get tickets to see the Killers via the fanclub presale and they're not exactly unpopular.

I had forgotten how tough it was....no vacation time/$$ for the Canadian tour so I did not experience the pre-sale issues...until today. I did finally get to confirm my payment and my ass will be in Amsterdam, bitchez!!!
