Question about 10c presale tickets and usage of them

Hi,

I'm in the 10c and want to buy 2 tickets for the Europe tour in the presale.

My question is, that my brother is not in the 10c, but wants to visit the show with me, can I buy 2 tickets and give one to him or is it not possible to give presale tickets to a non-10c-member?

You can give him one,but you have to be the one picking up the tickets
