Ukulele Songs vinyl??

I just found a Ukuele vinyl with the song book still sealed for $25.00 at my local
record store, is this a good deal? Its the first one I have seen not online; granted
I dont look very hard. Thanks for your info.

    I think it a pretty good price. If you have a look at the Goods section, the price is $24.99 + shipping fees.

    I didn't know if it was still available or not? I don't know what it is standing there with a record
    in hand is mighty tempting, also I asked the store owner if he new anything about the PY20 soundtrack and was sure he was getting at least one (he had ordered 6, only one was sure). I said im sure it was already spoken for and no, so he took down my name and I talked him into letting me leave a $20.00 deposit!! So worst case I get my twenty back plus he is a old guy that's been there for ever. Its a cool little shop with the walls completely covered in posters etc....I love those old record stores!

    Has anyone noticed (like on EBAY) it looks like there are different looking books, some look rather
    small, mine is almost as tall as the record and has a face greenish materal print to it?

    The small book was sold with the CD and the large one with the vinyl, if I'm not wrong.

    It's pretty common. I found 3 at my local record store, and bought one which is now an extra.
