Manchester, UK Pre-Sale Clarification ? - 10 Club Responds!

As noted by others, Ticketmaster state that 10 Club Pre-Sale is Tuesday 13th at 9am GMT.

The official 10 Club email states that pre-sale will be via Crowd Surge on Tuesday 13th December at 5pm GMT.

This raises a couple of questions.

1. Is the Ticketmaster 10 Club Pre-Sale information (in above link) correct ?

2. I already realise it can only be used once but can the pre-sale code be used on either Crowd Surge or Ticketmaster.

Official response please.

I would assume the presale is strictly for TC and not TM. However I will definitely be checking on the day!

Sorry, Ticketmaster seems to have the wrong info.  Thanks for bringing that to our attention, we are asking them to take that down now.

Maybe I'm just reading this the wrong way, or maybe they've already responded to 10c's request, but...

I can't see anything on that page to suggest this is a 10c fan club presale. It seems to me it's just TM selling tix before when they're really 'supposed' to. These are just the general tickets without early entry. People who go for the seats will get the shit ones, the good ones will go to 10c, and when the 10c reserved seating sales are done, then they'll open the whole lot out to the public when the public sales are properly on.

It's common practice for TM and other agencies to do this pointless 'presales', since they're always open to Joe Public anyway.

No it actually says a Ten Club (Fan Club) Presale starting at 9 am on the 13th of December and ending at 8 am on the 16th.

But I emailed 10c and they didn't know about it

And I've just had a quick response saying that they've asked for ticketmaster to take the "bad info" down and it's just crowd surge at 5 pm

But there is a Ticketmaster pre-sale on the 15th. At 9am. As Hinn said, this is common practice.

Are people not just getting confused between the 10C pre-sale on 13th and Ticketmaster pre-sale on 15th?
