Hello All!!

I'm looking to get to these three gigs with my wife... How crazy will the floors be? Will we be able to have a good view without fending off kicks and punches?

Thanks for your help...we r getting older and our days of crowd surfing are over!!

What is the vibe like?

You'll probably end up a little to the side of the stage in Oslo if you don't want to fend for a good spot on the floor, but keep in mind that the Spektrum is a small venue. It only holds about 8-9000 people, and half of those are seated. So I guess you'll do fine in Oslo. Don't know about Stockholm, but Copenhagen will be a bit similar to Oslo. But it's twice the capacity I think.

The Copenhagen Forum is quite big - I think it can house around 15-20.000.
I have attended many shows in Copenhagen, including Metallica with Mastodon and Lamb of God, which wasn't too bad crowdwise, despite the music - u could definitely stand up close, without being tossed around... Although, I have never attended a PJ-gig in the Copenhagen Forum - Berlin was mad!, and I'd imagine the crowd is quite similar both places...
Basically very hard to tell, but I honestly think you'd be OK, considering my experience with the Forum :D
I just want to scream, Hello!
  • This is my first experience with the PJ pre sale. The floor GA situation is a bummer. It does not take much for it to become chaotic. I am suprised PJ went for GA, after that tragedy about 10 years ago
The spektrum floor seating is designed really well. Check out the images It is too bad they are going to remove the seats.
  • stay on the sides,or little back..all ok and safe/..no need to be center in first 5-6 rows

  • According to the Forum website the capacity at a standing gig is 10000.

It's never hard to find a good calm spot. Not everyone wants to jump/shove/generally go mad. Just don't go right up fron in the middle!
  • Thanks all!!! I'm in, cant wait!!

Yeah, the Forum in Copenhagen is a GREAT place to see the boys. I was there for their show in 2007 and its a unique building as there's no seats along the sides, just a small space for people to stand, and only a few at the back. It makes for a very intimate vibe inside.

  • Been to Metallica in the spektrum. There was enough space around us and the view was great. Nice small venue, like Ahoy, Rotterdam.

Saw Pearl Jam in the Forum in Copenhagen in 2007. With the TenClub tickets we had a great spot up front. Not a lot of pushing, pretty relaxed, even when the crowd goes crazy! Definately worth it!
