I'm hoping to get a little help from someone who knows the Forum in Copenhagen. I'm from the UK and can't make the Manchester gig on the upcoming tour but my wife has always wanted to see Copenhagen so she has agreed to come with me for the gig there. However, she really doesn't like crowds but will be happy to go as long as we get seats. Looking at the seating plan:

I can't work out if it's an all seated venue. If not am i best to wait until the general sale and get seats that way?

Many thanks in advance.

No seats unfortunatly, all standing... There's a balcony however which should be less crowded...

You can go and pick a seat on the balcony with the 10c tickets, the seats hasn't any number and no seat tickets are sold. Atlest this is what it was like in 2007.

I've been to that venue 20+ times and never been to the balcony, so don't know if there are seats. :?
However, you should be able to get up there with any ticket, 10C or GA...

Thanks. I've just had a more thorough read of the e-mail and it actually states that the Forum doesn't offer seats so i guess it's standing up on the balcony. So my question now is if i get the tickets through 10C will we get first access to the balcony area? Apologies for my ignorance but this will be my first time getting tickets through 10C.

10C tickets usually lets you enter the arena before GA, so you should be able to find got spots on the balcony.
While the rest of the 10C members runs for the stage, you sneak to the balcony... ;)

It's correct what the others guys are saying about seating on the balcony. They have folding chairs they can set up both on the floor and the balcony depending on the act/artist.
I am pretty sure they had seats last time Pearl Jam played there, since the families from the Roskilde-accident were invited and should be able to sit.
And something tells me that the backpart of the balcony were seats, I might be mistaken.
However this year Forum will also host a Top Gear event, and I have a ticket with marked seating, so I guess it all depends on the venue's "mood".

Edit: To Polaris - Copenhagen is ok, not great, not amazing. It is ok. And very very very expensive. I actually think it ranks as one of the most expensive towns/cities in Europe.
Edit edit: My bad it is in fact the worlds third most expensive town, but a great way to get an unatural feel of the Danish menatality, like bikerides in the city, Christiania and stuff like that ;) But the local dives are many, remember to drink a beer in Nyhavn* and see the little mermaid.
    * Do not enter a local tavern/bodega there, buy a few in a local supermarket and sit on the docks like all the other locals to get a better feel for it.
Have fun, walk hard and stay alive.

In 2007 I and my wife had GA, she was pregnant and walked up to the balcony and took a front row seat, she was sitting down there the whole show!

2 days never enough, but you'll find CPH to be a great city :) As they say, You get what you pay for, and here you'll get to pay A LOT! Hope you'll enjoy ;)

Two days will be fine. Copenhagen is a cool enough city, but small on an international scale and you should be able to get a feel for the city just fine in two days. Loads of pretty women in the summer, too :D. Let me know if you need help with anything!

I also have been to the Pearl Jam show in the Forum in 2007. My girl friend was standing right up front with me for most of the show, then decided to find a spot that was less crowded, not as crazy, and that worked out just fine! Enjoy your show!

I was at the balcony in 2007 with ten club tickets. We wee the first ones up there and we had a great view. There was a lot of space and the men's room and a beer stand was close at hand. Also Copenhagen is a beautiful city during the summertime. Enjoy!

  • Dearest PJ 10C Friends,

Through fate and chance, my wife and I just found out we will be able to make the show in Copenhagen.

We will be travelling from California.

If anyone has a connection to two 10C face tickets for two long-distance travelers and fun, avid fans, we would greatly appreciate it and use our most creative, positive effort to return the favor.

Hoping to get something out of an all encompassing trip.

    Sincere thanks.
