So many times you read horror stories about Ten Club not responding. I just wanted to share my two most recent experiences. Each time I emailed them (one for shipping info and the other for membership info) they responded the same day.

    i have also had great service with them.....i also believe in karma...so give props unconditionally...and you'd be surprised how it comes back twice fold...

    ten club is awesome and way beyond my wildest dreams of what a fan club should be...

    thanks again 10c...can't thank enough...if i had the extra cash...i would pay extra for my goods

    I had a reply within half an hr on multiple occassions in regards to downloading a file when i renewed my membership and very helpful. THUMBS UP 10c :D
    If i was ever the problem, i'd certainly never admit it...
