Orange Sunshine

Look inside at the pictures in my mind
Take a trip with me into orange sunshine
Take a little break
Take a trip with me
Take a little trip with me into orange sunshine.
And see.

All the colors of a beautiful world
Set your mind free
Open your eyes to the burning sun of a brand new day
Everything is beautiful
Everything is free
Open your eyes and see all the things
You thought unreal and a journey to take all your cares away.

Plastic melting flowers dripping into open skis
The old man at the street car station
Waves and says good-by.

If I had it to do all over again
I would leave orange sunshine behind
I would leave it in the burning sun
In a street car station far away
I would rest my weary mind.

The clouds they still follow me
Into a sunny day bringing orange sunshine
And the old man to look at me and say…

Look inside at the pictures in my mind
Take a trip with me into orange sunshine
Take a little break
Take a trip with me
Take a little trip with me into orange sunshine.
And see.

All the colors of a beautiful world
Set your mind free
Open your eyes to the burning sun of a brand new day
Everything is beautiful
Everything is free
Open your eyes and see all the things
You thought unreal and a journey to take all your cares away.

Plastic melting flowers dripping into my mind
will they ever go away
these memories of orange sunshine.

  • 40 years years ago me and my buddy dropped some OS. We ended up having a spaghetti dinner with his parents.
Not where we wanted to be.

    Good Morning!

    Yes it is... 8-)

I wouldn't go back to my youth, that's for sure.
I take with me my lessons learned and some regrets from mistakes I've made.
I just know I love who and where I am right now
and I wouldn't be me without all that.

It's like seeing a picture puzzle emerge :D
