Backspacer extra content help

I unzipped the files and dragged them into itunes but 2 shows stop at the 2nd encore and wont bring the rest on the show into itunes?? help!

    did you try to import the missing songs seperately?
    are they in the right format (MP3 or MP4)?

    I did try importing the missing files by themselves and it wouldn't take them. It was like that for both shows?? And Im a little slow on technology, how do I know what kind of file they are? The icon beside them shows itunes.

    one way to see what kind of file they are is to click on them (right click) and then choose property (i don't know if that's the right word something like property or characteristics...my pc is german :D)
    but if there's an itunes icon they should be the right format....

    did you check that they're definately not in itunes (for example in the "last added" playlist or you can enter the title in the search bar) because i had it several times that itunes imported files and i didn't see it :D

    does itunes show you any error message?

    I did not I will once I get home! good call as they may have gone somewhere else.

    Ok I have checked everything and it all looks good but its still not downloading into Itunes? Its both the downloads and its both at the encore..weird. Can anyone help me?? Thanks!!
