I need some technical help!

I'm brand new to 10 club and I'm having some problems with my free bootleg download. I can open Download Manager for IE and the bootlegs are in there, but when i try to click on "save" or even "save as" it is highlighted blue and won't allow me to save it. Can anybody offer me some advice?

    Yes! I have figured out that the problem is with my computer. For some reason I can't save files unless I choose the option of open and save, but that option isn't highlighted when I try to save my bootleg. I'm wondering if it's in my settings...

    It's kind of hard to explain. I'm going to try chasing down the IT guy at work today. He gave me some good advice I'm going to try after work today. Thanks anyways!

    Yay!!! Thanks to my IT guy at work, I got my bootlegs downloaded!!!!! Turns out I had to reset my browser to default. Once I did that, they downloaded with no problem!!!! Got em in my iTunes and I'm ready to rock out!!! Oh, and as far as Google Chrome, I did have it for a while but I uninstalled it and went back to IE because it was in conflict with my iTunes. Sorry, but I'm a bit of an egghead! :geek:
