Because of how much they suck! Just kidding, I had a great time and I am on my way home now.

The part that really hit me was when Dizzy Reed was doing his piano solo and he played Baba O'Reily. This show was in Cincinnati at the same arena as the tragic Who concert and today is now the 22 year anniversary of it. It made me think of the fallen Who fans, and the night in 2006 when I saw PJ there and they closed with Baba and played it with Robert Palmer who was at that Who concert.

It was emotional for sure. Bumblefoot, their new guitarist was even wearing a Who shirt all night and I thought that was cool.

So crank up some Who and remember those who lost their lives on that horrible day in rock and roll history.

  • I was there in 06 too.

I remember Ed talking about it then ... totally agree on the sentiment...

Was it Robert Pollard, not Robert Palmer?
  • Pollard, sorry I had a few beers in me when I typed this haha.
