The only word I want to see is "Scotland"! :-(

Unlikely though, as our "goodbye" is not in that list ("G'wa an' bile yer heed")

I was listening to the Arnhem 2006 bootleg the other day and was thinking how badly I wanted to see them play. Thank you guys! Fantastic news!

And so the waiting game starts ... again. ;) Let's just hope the festivals don't sell out before the tour is announced ...

I'm so weak. After my last two shows in Belfast and Berlin last year, I said that I felt absolutely satisfied and wasn't that fussed about seeing the band again for quite some time so I could focus on other things. After 13 shows, I was a happy camper.

Then I see the tweet on here and I'm absolutely giddy! I told my girlfriend, "maybe if they do some UK shows we can hit just one of them and make it to 14 shows". I'm so pathetic :D

I wasn't a big fan of the Manchester '09 show, something about the venue just irks me. But if that's the only non-festival UK show then I'm all for it. I'd kill for another Wembley show though.

Also, this is good timing for me because tomorrow marks the beginning of my week off! So i'm free for any announcements and ticket on-sale dates :)

I'm with you there as well, Dimi :D

And suziemay - in 2010 there were about 18 to 19 000 people there, I think that this is okay. The venue is just wonderful and you don't feel like overrun by masses. It's awesome during a summernight :) It would be nice if they were playing a weekend night, though. I think there were was something like an early curfew last time because it was during the week.

wuhlheide is awesome. the atmosphere is great. I've only ever experienced it front row, which does get kinda squishy and pushy, especially as Germans are a very passionate crowd, but there's plenty of room for people to spread out if you don't like being in the middle of the jumping masses. :)

the curfew sucks though - I saw foo fighters there in june, and the curfew was 11 pm, on a saturday! they kinda organized it badly, could've just started a bit earlier, there was no more time for an encore.

To my knowledge, Foo Fighters doesn't like doing encores.

nope, they usually do one encore, 4-6 songs mostly. first time I've seen them play a headline show without encores.

I heard that there wasn't a whole lot of enthusiasm for them in Japan in 2003, and they probably did well in 1995 in southeast Asia is because they were the biggest band in the world at the time, which is why they probably don't ever tour there.

And while we're at it, I don't think they've played Africa. They should do an Africa tour! That is the only continent untouched by PJ.
