    smack it-makes it tender
flip it-flip it too much and it makes it too tough
rub it down-depends on if you have a good rub or not

we are talking steak right? :?
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

a philosophical question from the deep south:

"which do you prefer, a big ol good one or a good ol big one"
