PJ20 Box Sets, Still waiting...

Curious if any other U.S. fan club members are still waiting for their orders to arrive? I ordered my deluxe box set about 14 weeks ago, got my "shipped email" 4 weeks ago and I have contacted Ten Club shipping, which they responded and told me to keep waiting... Is anyone else (in the US) experiencing this?? When should I give up? Thanks very much!

    Some people posted on this last week or the week before. 10C told some indivdiduals that they had no tracking number for the items so it must have been lost in the mail and offered a refund. Good luck! Hope yours comes in soon!

    Yes still waiting here. Received my shipping email 11/2, was told by 10c they have no tracking info for my order. I've been told I can continue to wait or have my money refunded. All I really want is to watch my Blu Ray set :-(

    Same boat as you guys. Got shipping email on 11/2, still waiting. Ten Club could not give me a tracking number, so no idea when or if I will get it. Looking at other posts in this forum, people in other countries are still getting them on a daily basis, so I still have hope. Ten Club royally fucked this release up, from only making extremely limited quantities, to this shipping nightmare. Shame on them!

    Ten Club is a business, right? Like, one run by people with the intent of making money? They're REALLY bad at it.

    Since you've completely missed the point of everything I've ever said about this topic (everyone should have had a chance to get one, it shouldn't be a Best Buy exclusive, the fan club/band should address these concerns) I'm going to say that NO you don't get it.

    I have my copy of the content. I'm content with that. I'm not content with how Ten Club seems to be shitting on its members and no one seems to really give a damn.

    Still waiting here in the U.S. It will be 5 weeks tomorrow since I got the shipping email. Ten Club has been zero help with this, no tracking info, yet they are still adamant they shipped it and are still blaming UPS snow delays. WTF???

    I found a note today from the post office. I need to collect something and pay 10,66 euros.

    Although, I'm not nearly as pissed off as I was a few weeks ago, when I started this thread, I still haven't received my order. I'm happy that I have been able to watch PJ20, via netflix stream... It really has helped and of course I really enjoyed the film! Now, it's sort of a joke between my wife and I, and I assume it will never come, so eventually I'll have to contact 10C to get my money back... But for now, at least I can view it when ever I want... If it comes, I let u all know... :)

    Still waiting in Portugal too.. 6 weeks have passed since I got the shipment confirmation email. Not worth to mail the 10c now, since they'll only tell me that it's supposed to arrive in 4 to 8 weeks and that that time hasn't passed yet. So, I'll keep waiting...

    Yeah, I really don't know what to think anymore?.. It's hard to comprehend how this 10c/business runs? I know that many people are in the same boat and we could get our money back, but think how much money they wasted producing these box sets that disappeared... disappeared? really? In 2011, didn't think about using tracking #s, really? Assuming, that it's true, that apx. 1000 (this is what I was told by a staff member from 10c) of these box sets at roughly $70 a piece are really no where to be found... Again, if they reimbursed everyone, that's 10s of thousands of dollars, that they completely ate.. How does a company make mistakes like this? AND still exist and/or have jobs? Now, these poor folks/FANS (once again) who tried to get tickets for these European shows are not able to get the tickets they deserve... I dealt w/similar issues this past year w/Ed solo shows and then w/PJ20... I ended up being 1 of the lucky ones, but at what cost? I've been a member for a long time, basically for the chance to get better seats/tickets... Not sure it's worth it anymore? In the old days, maybe 15 years ago, there was something magical about showing up to shows and getting tickets in the parking lot - then having the night of your life and doing it all over again the next night... Sorta old school... I know, getting my tickets from scalpers isn't right, and as a fan of PJ, it's sorta hypocritical, but 10c has become VERY hypocritical - and in some ways (unfortunately) have taken some of the integrity of the band w/them... Very sad... By the way, I ordered my box set in mid September, and it's now been apx. 8 weeks, since I received my "shipping email" and essentially 3+ months that I've been dealing w/this. I'm probably gonna give it another week or so, then I'll probably/eventually give up and get my money back.. Either way, what I and many, many others have had to deal with is UNEXCEPTIONABLE! :?:

    Well said, I am in the same boat. No PJ20 deluxe DVD for me either, got shipping email on November 2. Ten club non customer service last week was still blaming this on snow delays with UPS...laughable!!! Now they are throwing out the term sabotage with this latest ticket disaster. This organization has really turned into a joke, which is sad!

    They should give you the option to pay more(probably 50% of the cost) for quick shipping.. you shouldn't just have to take it and not bitch cause shit ships slow to some places. ANYTHING going overseas without a tracking number is gonna get "lost" in MANY countries where they have fans. Using the cheapest shipping company doesn't mean best service..or that stuff will arrive....
