the time has come
to run from shadows
the day has dawned
must face tomorrow
with the static in the air

the rights are wrong
to steal and squander
the day, so long
i can't remember
my own face in the light

it will start if you let it
it will grieve for you if you dare it
it will speak the truth if you can bear it
