Flac to mp3 converter

Anyone know any free converters I can use? Thanks for the help!
Shows: 6.27.08 Hartford, CT/5.15.10 Hartford, CT/6.18.2011 Hartford, CT (EV Solo)/10.19.13 Brooklyn/10.25.13 Hartford

    I'm technologically stupid but I thought that FLAC is way better sound quality so why would you want to convert to mp3?

    I find xAct really easy to use...however it converts from flac to aiff...you can then convert aiff to mp3 easily in itunes....hope this helps....

    Btw I use Fluke to listen to Flac in iTunes (if that is your goal).
