Everything else usually takes 3 weeks to get up here from 10C, depending of course when they get it out. Also consider the xmas mail rush is now in progress

:arrow: Is art provided or do we have to download and print that ourselves?
Funny they don't give ya a combined shipping rate when ya buy 3-4 shows together.Although I am guessing these shows are gonna all take 3 discs.

The boots always come directly from Kufula, thats why they will arrive much quicker that 10c products.
They generally arrive in card trifold sleeves. One show per sleeve. Very few have ever been 3 disc shows. The 2000 & 2003 boots were double sleve with only one being in a jewel case (first mexico show)
Shipping is never combined. If you can wait till the box set comes out, usually works out about $6-7 cheaper per show.
