    Lifted weights while listening to PJ Boston 4/12/94 damn :bring_it:
    Mowed the lawn while listening to Binaural :heart:
    Trimmed back butterfly bushes and laid down new mulch while listening to No Code.

    Had lunch now going for coffee

    That's hilarious, @shetellsherself . I also took today off but it involved me sleeping til 1pm when I came under full doorbell assault. Otherwise I'd still be sleeping.

    I'm being a lazy asshole though - it's fuckin beautiful outside.

    Sick to my stomach. On Wednesday the caterer brings dessert with lunch. Normally its cupcakes or cookies or something like that. Today they brought ice cream with hot fudge, hot caramel and all the fixings. Despite being lactose intolerant I made a nice bowl with hot caramel dripped over the ice cream and granola. Now I just want to go lay down as my stomach is in full fledged riot with the people in Baltimore. I don't know why I hate myself this much. At the same time I will do it again as I'm also not that bright.

    I have no idea what I can do other than to stay away from dairy. I do eat ice cream occasionally but only right at bedtime. It doesn't seem to bug me as much then. Mid day I can barely handle cheese on a sandwich. And yes it was fantastic and yes when they bring it again I will probably forget and do it all over. The company that does the catering is up for a new contract in a couple of months so they are going above and beyond. The spread of fixings was amazing and I had never done that combo before.
