    Yep last week I had a bit of a cold and my sinuses were blocked up and gave me a bad headache.

    I'm starting to wonder if there is something in air, water, carpet, paint, cleaning chemicals etc at work that causes your headaches?? Seems like you post about headaches while working a lot. Maybe just my imagination?

    My theory is I need new glasses...and I look at a computer all day through bad glasses...PLUS now allergies and sinuses from the seasons bouncing back and forth...so I'm trying to save up for glasses...but you're right, because USUALLY when I leave and I'm at home not staring at a computer screen anymore the headache goes away...

    Also maybe the lighting in your office. My eyes are obnoxiously sensitive and can't take fluorescent lighting for very long.

    That actually is a problem, I dim the lights a lot, there are two switches in the office i'm in and I can have only half the lights on...it helps a lot when I have a headache...

    My headache is finally starting to ease with some help from caffeine...

    Icky...went to the bar ordered a Coke, it tasted funny so I asked to switch to soda water, that tasted funny too, so I made Mr. RK taste it. He said it did taste weird, so I told the server, and she brought me another soda water in a plastic cup and said they might not have rinsed the glasses very well.
    Plastic cup water tasted fine.
    Now all I can taste is something like soapy bleach. I keep drinking water, but just can't get that taste out. Ugh, I don't feel so great.
