    Have you had your eyes checked?
    The teeth grinding question is a good one.
    How are your sinuses? Maybe try a saline solution to flush them out and see if that helps.
    Could just stress/anxiety - that can cause all kinds of physiological symptoms, even if you don't feel like you're stressed psychologically. Maybe try taking a couple mg's of Ativan and see what happens. If it gets rid of the headache, that this is probably the issue.

    Diet...you could be allergic to certain foods, I have migraines, and there are a TON of foods I can't eat....

    Chocolate in abundance, I have to avoid dark altogether
    Bananas
    nightshades
    soy and it's byproducts

    to name the most prominent....
