    Much as not being able to sleep sucks - I've been there - at least you seem to have the luxury of being able to get to it later and catch up. I'm not sure if you work, but for me, no way could I do that.

    (by the way, I've read that being on devices right before or while trying to go to sleep isn't constructive toward achieving said sleep)

    Anyway.....

    I'm feeling pretty fucking nice and relaxed.

    yes i know about the devices but all iv'e been doing is laying in bed staring at the skylight thinking and when i shut my eyes im just restless
    but i know why, so i just wait till i'm exhausted later on today..
