    finally feeling good again after a breakup, then the death of my friend, then my west coast tour, the week long sickness that followed that, my band's 10th anniversary show, and the rebound sickness/fatigue that kept me in bed all last weekend. finally got back in the gym last night. it was good to stress the lungs again.

    there is something to be said for burning the candle at both ends.

    i did it for the better part of 7 weeks. it took a toll on me physically to the point where my body just broke down and quit on me. i feel so much better now that i have had time to unwind with no big commitments for the last 10 days.

    since things have settled down it has been much smoother sailing. something had to give.

    i think the stress that goes along with trying to maintain that schedule and pace had something to do with it. I can not remember a time when i ever spent an entire weekend in bed sleeping.

    Feeling super excited about PJ coming all the way to Europe and little Sweden in June. I'm so honored but anxious what if I won't get tickets :D :shock: (last time all tickets was gone after 10 min.)
